You know the saying “You couldn’t have planned it better if you tried”? Well that’s exactly what I told my sister yesterday when I recieved this video gem of my cute as a button niece Celia working so hard to walk while “dream the impossible dream” was being sung in the backround at a Memorial Day concert.
